Cauliflower With Garlic, Chili And Anchovies - cooking recipe

4 1/3 lbs cauliflower, cut into small florets
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 large fresh red chili peppers, seeded and chopped finely
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
6 None drained anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
None None Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Preparation

Boil, steam or microwave the cauliflower until almost tender. Drain well.
Just before serving, heat the oil in a large, deep skillet on medium heat. Add the chili peppers, garlic and anchovy and cook, stirring, until fragrant, but not browned.
Add the cauliflower and toss until hot. Add the parsley, lemon juice and season to taste. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
