Chicken And Apple Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp butter
    1 2/3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced
    1 large red onion, sliced
    2 tbsp curry powder
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp flour
    8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
    2 None Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped
    None None Steamed rice, cilantro leaves, lime wedges, to serve
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet on high heat. Brown chicken and onion 4-5 mins, turning. Stir in curry powder, sugar and flour and cook, stirring, for 1 min. Add tomatoes, coconut milk and apples.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15-20 mins, until chicken is tender and sauce thickened.
    Serve with rice, cilantro and lime wedges.
