Trout With Bacon And Sage - cooking recipe

3-4 None fresh sage leaves
1 None trout (8 oz), gutted and scaled
3 slices bacon
None None Salad and roast new potatoes. to serve
None None Lemon wedges, to garnish
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly oil a roasting pan. Tuck the sage leaves into the cavity of the fish. Wrap the bacon slices tightly around the trout. Place in the pan.
Bake for 15 mins until cooked through. Serve with salad and potatoes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
