Sambal Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2/3 cup sambal or shrimp paste
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    2 1/4 lb baby spinach
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 min, until starting to brown. Reduce heat to low. Whisk in sambal and coconut milk. Increase heat to high and add spinach. Toss for 2 mins, until spinach wilts and is well coated. Serve immediately.
