Meatballs In Tomato And Pea Sauce With Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1/3 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    1/2 None green pepper, deseeded, very finely diced
    3.5 oz long-grain rice
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1 1/4 cups canned tomato soup
    4.5 oz frozen peas
    None None mashed potatoes, to serve
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, pepper, rice, egg and paprika. Season. Shape into 32 meatballs.
    Combine tomato soup and 1 cup water in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add meatballs, cover and simmer gently for 20 mins. Add peas and cook for another 5 mins. Serve with mashed potatoes.
