Baked Sardines With Lemon And Olives - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb fresh sardines, scaled, cleaned, bones removed, heads removed
2 oz pitted kalamata olives, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves, chopped
2 None lemons, juiced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly coat a baking dish with oil.
Fold sardines in half and arrange in prepared dish. Season. Sprinkle olives, garlic and oregano over top then drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Bake for 15-20 mins, until cooked through. Serve with crusty bread.
