Tropical Toasted Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup flaked coconut
    2 cups macadamia nuts, chopped coarsely
    1 cup sunflower seed kernels
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 cup large coconut flakes
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried pineapple
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried mango
    1/3 cup coarsely chopped dried papaya
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line two large baking pans with parchment paper.
    Combine the honey, sugar, oil and spices in a small saucepan on low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
    Combine the oats, coconut, nuts and seeds in a large bowl. Stir in the warm honey mixture until well combined. Divide the mixture among the prepared pans and spread evenly.
    Bake, stirring halfway through cooking, for about 30 mins or until golden and crisp. Cool on the pans on a wire rack.
    Combine the toasted oat mixture, coconut flakes and dried fruits in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container.
