Citrus Poppyseed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, softened
    2 tsp grated lemon peel
    2 tsp grated lime peel
    2 tsp grated orange peel
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 None eggs
    2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tbsp poppyseeds
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
    Beat butter, citrus peels, sugar, eggs, sifted flour and milk in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until just combined. Increase speed to medium. Beat until mixture is just changed in color. Stir in poppyseeds. Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
    Bake about 20 mins until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
