Fettuccine With Creamy Salmon And Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

375 g fettuccine pasta
125 ml light sour cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
418 g can red salmon, drained, flaked
1 None small red onion (100g), thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh dill
2 tbsp capers, drained
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
Preparation

Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender, drain.
Meanwhile, combine sour cream and lemon juice in small bowl. Toss hot pasta with sour cream mixture, salmon, onion, dill and capers until combined. Serve topped with lemon zest.
