Tuna And Ricotta Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (6 oz) tuna in packed in oil
    1 cup ricotta cheese
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    1 tbsp drained capers, finely chopped
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp paprika
    None None Toasted bread and asparagus spears, to serve
Preparation
    Drain tuna, reserving 1 tbsp oil. Flake tuna and place in a medium bowl. Add ricotta, parsley, capers, lemon juice and garlic and mix well.
    Spoon dip into a serving bowl: Drizzle with reserved oil and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with bread and asparagus.
