Cheesy Sausage Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp herb and garlic salt
    3 oz grated Cheddar cheese
    2 None large eggs
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup milk
    3 None large saveloys (dried, smoked sausage), cut into 24 pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
    Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl and stir in salt and cheese. Whisk eggs, oil and milk together then mix into flour mixture until just combined. Distribute between muffin liners. Top each puff with 2 pieces of sausage and bake for 15-20 mins, until puffed and golden.
