Sweet And Sour Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 None white onion, cut into thick wedges
    1 lb frozen vegetable stir-fry mix
    2 cups sweet and sour sauce with pineapple
    16 oz egg noodles, soaked in boiling water for 5 mins, drained
    1/2 None large rotisserie chicken, skin and bones discarded, meat coarsely shredded
    2 None green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Heat a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat surface. Add onion. Stir-fry for 1 min, or until starting to brown. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 mins, or until starting to soften. Add sauce and noodles. Stir- fry for 1 min, or until heated through. Add chicken and toss to combine.
    Serve topped with green onions.
