Spicy Parmesan Wafers - cooking recipe

1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly oil and line baking pans with parchment paper. Combine cheese, parsley and red pepper flakes in medium bowl.
Drop level tablespoons of mixture into mounds, about 2 inches apart, onto prepared pans. Flatten mounds slightly with fingertips.
Bake for about 5 mins or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool in pans.
