Molten Caramel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (13.5 oz) cans dulce de leche
8.75 oz white chocolate, chopped
7 tbsp butter, chopped
4 None eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
None None ice cream or cream, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease eight 4 oz ramekins. Arrange on a baking tray.
In a medium saucepan, combine dulce de leche, chocolate and butter. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Let cool.
Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and thick. Beat in caramel mixture. Fold in flour. Distribute between ramekins then chill until ready to bake.
Bake for 15-20 mins, until slightly puffed and golden. Serve hot with ice cream.
