Strawberry And Chocolate Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None thick slices Italian bread, such as ciabatta
    7 oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
    8 oz strawberries, rinsed, hulled and quartered
    1/4 cup pistachios, lightly toasted and coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler. Arrange bread slices on a baking pan. Broil 1-2 mins until lightly browned. Turn bread slices over. Sprinkle with chocolate. Broil for 2-3 mins, until the chocolate melts.
    Top the bruschetta with strawberries and pistachios. Serve immediately.
