Diy Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None prepared pizza crusts
    2 cups pizza sauce
    4 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    None None Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
    None None Salad, to serve
    None None FOR THE SALAMI AND ARUGULA TOPPING
    1 can (1 3/4 oz) anchovies, drained
    1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
    4 oz thinly sliced hot salami
    1 cup packed arugula leaves
    None None FOR THE MUSHROOM AND ARTICHOKE TOPPING
    1 jar (12 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and halved
    4 oz button mushrooms, quartered
    1/2 cup pitted black olives
    1/4 cup capers
    None None FOR THE SPINACH TOPPING
    5 oz baby spinach leaves
    1/4 cup pine nuts
    1/4 cup pitted black olives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Line 4 baking pans with parchment paper.
    Place pizza crusts on pans. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with our topping combinations and sprinkle generously with cheese.
    Bake for 12-15 mins, until crusts are browned and cheese has melted. Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and serve with salad.
