Glazed Fish With Choy Sum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None fish fillets, such as bream or flounder
    1 tsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp kecap manis (thick sweet soy sauce)
    1/4 cup chicken stock
    2 clovea garlic, thinly sliced
    2 bunches choy sum, trimmed
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    None None Steamed rice, to serve
Preparation
    Brush fish fillets with sesame oil. Heat a large nonstick frying pan on high heat. Cook fish 1-2 mins each side. Add kecap manis and stock; cook a further 2 mins, until sauce reduces and fish is cooked through.
    Meanwhile, heat a wok on high heat. Stir-fry garlic, choy sum and soy sauce 2 mins, until wilted.
    Serve fish and choy sum with steamed rice.
