Blueberry And Lemon Financiers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large egg whites, at room temperature
    11 tbsp butter, melted, cooled
    1/4 cup, plus 1 1/2 tsp powdered sugar, plus more for dusting
    1/3 cup, plus 6 3/4 tsp ground almonds
    1/2 cup, plus 1 1/2 tsp plain flour
    1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    3/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 12-cup oval friand pan or mini-muffin pan.
    Whisk egg whites in a bowl with a fork until frothy. Add butter, sifted powdered sugar, ground almonds, flour, zest, juice and half the blueberries; stir until combined.
    Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle tops with remaining blueberries. Bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted at center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
    Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve.
