Chocolate Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
2 None eggs
2 1/2 oz milk chocolate, melted
1 tbsp butter, melted
None None Whipped cream, raspberries, grated chocolate, to serve
Preparation

Sift flour into a medium bowl. Stir in sugar. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.
Gradually whisk in combined milk and eggs to form a smooth batter the consistency of heavy cream. Whisk in melted chocolate. Set aside.
Heat a small skillet (or crepe pan) on medium heat. Brush with a little butter. Pour 1/4 cup batter into pan, swirling to cover bottom. Cook for 1-2 mins each side. Transfer to a plate; keep warm. Continue with remaining batter, brushing pan with butter as needed.
Fold crepes into quarters. Serve topped with whipped cream, berries and a little grated chocolate.
