Grilled Baby Octopus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs baby octopus
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 medium lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation

Clean the octopus, removing the eyes and beaks.
Combine the octopus with garlic, lemon juice, oil and oregano in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Heat an oiled grill pan on high heat or preheat the grill to medium-high. Drain the octopus and discard the marinade. Cook the octopus until tender.
Serve the octopus with lemon wedges.
