Vanilla Butter Cake - cooking recipe

8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, chopped
3/4 cup milk
3 None eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a deep 8-square cake pan; line bottom with parchment paper.
Combine butter and milk in small saucepan. Stir on medium heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
Beat eggs and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer until thick and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until dissolved between each addition.
Stir in sifted flour and butter mixture, in 2 batches. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45 mins until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Dust cooled cake with sifted powdered sugar.
