Quinoa Porridge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3.5 oz white quinoa, rinsed, drained
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 None medium apple, coarsely grated
3.5 oz red seedless grapes, halved
2 tbsp pistachios, toasted, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp honey
Preparation

Bring quinoa and 1 2/3 cups water to a boil in a small saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 mins. Add milk and cook, covered, for another 5 mins, or until quinoa is tender.
Stir in grated apple and 1/2 the grapes. Top with remaining grapes and nuts and drizzle with honey.
