Croque Monsieur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    4 slices white bread
    4 slices ham
    2.5 oz Gruyere cheese, grated
    3 tbsp unsalted butter
Preparation
    Spread mustard over bread. Top 2 slices with ham and cheese. Top with remaining bread.
    In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook sandwiches for 2-3 mins per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
