White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp butter
    4 tbsp all purpose flour
    3 cups milk
    None None Freshly grated nutmeg, according to taste
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour with a wooden spoon to form a paste. Cook for 2 mins to remove the taste of flour, but don't allow to brown. Gradually add the milk to paste, stirring constantly with a whisk. Once incorporated in the paste, keep adding a bit more milk. Bring to a simmer and cook 5 mins to thicken, whisking constantly. Season with salt and nutmeg.
