Grilled Veggies And Feta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None large yellow squash
    1/2 lb feta cheese
    6 None sun-dried tomatoes, finely shredded
    1.5 oz pitted black olives, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp roughly chopped thyme
    2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Slice the squash lengthways as thinly as possible. Cut the feta into 3 in x 1 inch pieces and wrap each piece in a slice of squash.
    Place the squash wraps on a foil lined grill pan, add the tomatoes and olives and half the thyme. Drizzle with olive oil, season and grill for 15-20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with extra thyme.
