Salmon And Ricotta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (7 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
    1/2 cup ricotta cheese
    1 tbsp chopped chives
    2 tsp sweet chili sauce
    1/2 None lemon, juiced
Preparation
    Mix salmon, ricotta, chives, sweet chili sauce and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season to taste.
    Add to green salad. Or, spread on crispbread, crusty bread or rolls.
