7 tbsp butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 None large eggs
1 cup chopped raisins
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, sifted
1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease an 8 inch ring pan.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in honey then eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in raisins then flour and milk. Transfer to prepared pan.
To make the topping, combine flour and sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs then stir in walnuts. Sprinkle over cake and bake for 45 mins. Let cool in pan for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
