Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
1 None medium onion, peeled and chopped finely
8 None large mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
1/2 lb ground sausage
2 tbsp whole grain mustard
1/2 bunch thyme, reserve additional for garnish
1 cup Gouda cheese, grated
1 None medium tomato, diced
3/4 cup chicken stock
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the onion until it's translucent. Add the chopped mushroom stems and season to taste. Stir in the sausage, mustard and thyme. Fill the mushrooms with the sausage mixture, place them in a baking dish and sprinkle them with grated cheese. Spread the diced tomatoes around the mushrooms and pour in the stock. Bake them for about 20 mins. Serve sprinkled with extra thyme.
