English Breakfast Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None ciabatta rolls
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 slices bacon, quartered
    7 oz can baked beans
    8 None cherry tomatoes, halved
    4 None small eggs
    1/2 cup grated parmesan
    1 tbsp chopped parsley, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Slice tops from rolls, a quarter of the way down; reserve. Scoop out centers and set aside. Heat oil in a small frying pan on high heat. Cook bacon for 1 min each side or until crisp.
    Meanwhile, place beans and tomatoes in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high (100%) for 1 min or until bubbling, stirring once.
    Line each roll with 2 pieces bacon. Pour hot bean mixture evenly into rolls. Crack 1 egg into each. Cook, one at a time, in the microwave on high (100%) for 45 seconds.
    Arrange on tray. Broil for 2 mins. Sprinkle cheese over cut side of roll tops. Place on tray with rolls and broil for an additional 2 mins or until egg is set and cheese is melted. Serve rolls sprinkled with parsley. Use the cheesy lids for dipping.
