Custard Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None sheets pie dough, thawed
    3 large eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    5 None drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Lightly grease two 12-hole shallow patty pans.
    Using a 3 inch cutter, cut rounds from the pie dough and ease into the pans.
    In a small bowl, using an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Beat in milk and food coloring until well combined.
    Pour filling into the prepared crusts. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the dough is golden and filling is just set. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or cold.
