Blueberry Clafoutis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp butter, melted
10.5 oz blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp ground almonds
2 None eggs, plus 3 egg whites, at room temperature
2 cups 2% milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Coat a baking dish with butter. Arrange blueberries in bottom of dish.
Combine flour, sugar and ground almonds. Whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk and vanilla then gradually add to dry ingredients until combined. Pour over blueberries and bake for 40 mins, or until just set. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
