Honeydew Granita - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 None lemons, juiced
2 None ripe honeydew melons, peeled, deseeded then pureed
None None fresh mint, for garnish
Preparation

Mix sugar, honey, lemon juice and 1 cup water in a saucepan and simmer for 5 mins. Remove from heat and let cool. Add honeydew puree, transfer to a large container and freeze for about 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Before serving, crush granita with a fork and transfer to 4 bowls. Serve garnished with mint.
