Mashed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb sweet potatoes
4 tbsp salted butter, melted
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp toasted sliced almonds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Arrange potatoes on a foil-lined baking tray. Bake for 1 hour, or until fork tender. Let cool for 5 mins, or until cool enough to handle. Peel and roughly chop.
In a food processor, puree potatoes, butter, heavy cream and maple syrup for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Season then spoon into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with almonds.
