Roast Pumpkin, Potatoes And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 lbs pumpkin, deseeded, peeled, cut in wedges
3 1/3 lbs potatoes, scrubbed, cut in half lengthwise
8 None tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
3 sprigs each rosemary, roughly chopped
3 sprigs sage, roughly chopped
3 sprigs thyme, roughly chopped
1 tbsp coarse salt
2/3 cup olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Distribute pumpkin, potatoes, tomatoes and garlic over 2 oiled baking sheets. Sprinkle with herbs and coarse salt and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste. Roast for 45 mins.
