Celeriac Mash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lbs potatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
    2 1/4 lbs celeriac, peeled and coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup light cream, warmed
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, softened
Preparation
    Boil, steam or microwave potato and celeriac, separately, until tender; drain.
    Mash potato and celeriac in a large bowl. Stir in cream and butter. Season to taste.
