Baked Potatoes With Bacon, Ricotta, Peppers And Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None large floury potatoes
    8 slices bacon, chopped
    9 oz ricotta cheese
    1 None green pepper, seeded, diced
    2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Wrap potatoes, individually, in foil and bake for 1 hour 30 mins.
    Cook bacon until crispy then transfer to paper towels to drain. Combine ricotta cheese, diced pepper, and most of the Parmesan cheese.
    Unwrap potatoes and cut a slit lengthwise in top. Open up and fill with cheese mixture. Serve garnished with bacon and remaining Parmesan cheese.
