Salted Caramel Filled Seashells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tbsp vinegar
    12-14 None clam shells, scrubbed clean
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp butter
    1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring vinegar and 4 cups water to a boil. Add shells and simmer for 5 mins. Drain then let dry on a tea towel.
    Bring sugar, honey and 2 tbsp water to a boil. Simmer for 6-8 mins, until caramel is golden brown. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and a pinch of salt. Pour into shells and allow to set. Sprinkle with sea salt.
