Mushroom Spaetzle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp butter
    2 None onions, peeled and cut into short strips
    1 lb crimini mushrooms, halved or quartered depending on size
    1 lb fresh spaetzle
    1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan and saute the onion and mushrooms for 5 mins. Season with salt and black pepper.
    In a separate frying pan, heat 2 tbsp butter and fry the spaetzle for 10 mins, until golden brown all over. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Add the mushroom mixture and stir.
