8 oz baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

Place spinach, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts in a large bowl.
Whisk balsamic vinegar and olive oil in small bowl. Season to taste. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss gently to combine.
