Sausages With Cannelini Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None sausages
    2/3 lb tomatoes, deseeded, chopped
    1/2 None small red onion, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    1 oz fresh flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
    1 oz fresh basil leaves
    28 oz can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
Preparation
    Cook sausages on a heated, oiled grill or grill pan on medium 15 mins, or until cooked through. Cover to keep warm.
    Meanwhile, for the salad, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, vinegar, oil, parsley, basil and beans in a medium bowl. Season, toss gently to combine and serve with sausages.
