Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp minced red onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 lb mixed tomatoes, sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
Preparation

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, red onion and garlic. Season. Arrange tomatoes, cheese and basil leaves on a serving platter in a flower pattern then drizzle with vinaigrette.
