Ham And Swiss Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf focaccia, cut into 4 sandwich-sized portions and split
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    8 slices Swiss cheese
    4 oz shaved ham
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    1 cup baby spinach leaves
    None None Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler.
    Place bottom half of each portion of focaccia on a baking sheet. Spread with mustard. Top with 2 slices cheese and equal amounts of ham, tomato and spinach. Season with pepper to taste.
    Place top half of focaccia, cut side up, on baking pan. Broil for 2-3 mins or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
