Lamb Burger With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp olive oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp cider or malt vinegar
    1 lb ground lamb
    1 small zucchini, grated
    3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    1 None egg, lightly beaten
    2 tsp chopped rosemary
    6 slices cheese
    6 None hamburger buns, toasted
    None None Lettuce leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Heat 2 tsp of the oil in a medium saucepan on high heat. Saute onion for 4-5 mins until tender. Transfer to a bowl to cool.
    Heat remaining 2 tsp oil in same pan on medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 min. Stir in tomatoes, sugar and vinegar; simmer for 5 mins.
    Mix ground lamb, zucchini, breadcrumbs, egg, rosemary and onion in large bowl. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Refrigerate 15 mins.
    Heat a large skillet on high heat. Spray with oil. Cook patties for 3-4 mins each side, until cooked through. Place cheese on the bottom of the buns. Top with lettuce, burger and tomato sauce.
