Stir-Fried Beef In Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup basmati rice
2-3 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/3 lb sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 None each small red, yellow and green peppers, seeded and cut into strips
1 can (400ml) coconut milk
1 1/4 tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup salted, roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
5 stems coriander, coarsely chopped
None None lime juice
Preparation

Cook rice in boiling salted water according to the package directions.
Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a wok and sear the beef in batches for 2-3 mins, seasoning to taste. Take the beef out of the wok and keep it warm. Wipe out the wok with a paper towel.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the wok and fry the peppers for 2-3 mins, stirring constantly. Add the coconut milk and peanut butter and cook for about 4 mins.
Reduce the heat under the peppers for about 1 min and add half the coriander and the beef. Turn off the heat, add the lime juice and season to taste and arrange on plates, sprinkled with peanuts and with the rice on the side.
