Chili Turkey Hand Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground turkey
    2 None green onions, finely sliced
    3 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, plus extra to serve
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 None Thai chili, finely chopped
    2 sheets puff pastry, halved
    1 None egg, beaten
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    None None salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    In a bowl, combine ground turkey, green onions, mint, chili sauce, fish sauce, garlic and chili pepper. Spoon 1/4 mixture over half of each puff pastry rectangle, leaving a 1/3 inch border. Brush edges with a little water then fold pastry over. Crimp edges with a fork to seal. Transfer to prepared tray, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden brown and cooked through.
    Serve with salad.
