Chicken With Rosemary Lemon Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

4 tbsp salted butter, at room temperature
2 tbsp chicken broth
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1 (4-5 lb) whole rotisserie chicken, warmed and sliced
Preparation

In a small saucepan, whisk together butter, chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, rosemary and lemon zest over medium heat until emulsified. Pour over sliced chicken.
