Tomato, Bean And Bacon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
    7 oz bacon, roughly chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 None green onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    2 1/2 cups tomato puree
    2 cups chicken stock
    1 (13.5 oz) can lima beans, drained, rinsed
    None None hot buttered toast, to serve
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add bacon, garlic, green onions and paprika. Cook for 3-4 mins, until bacon is crispy. Add tomato puree and chicken stock. Cover and bring to a boil. Add lima beans and cook for 1-2 mins, to warm through.
    Ladle soup into bowls. Swirl in a little olive oil and sprinkle with pepper. Serve with toast.
