Tropical Fruit Salad With Lime - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp finely grated lime peel
    1/3 cup lime juice
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup coconut liqueur
    1 small papaya, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
    1/2 small pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
    3 None star fruits, thinly sliced
    1 can (14 oz) lychees, drained
    2 None mangoes, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
    1/4 cup chopped mint
Preparation
    Place lime peel and juice, sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir for 2-3 mins, until sugar dissolves.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 mins, until thickened slightly. Stir in liqueur. Cool to room temperature.
    Combine fruit and mint in a large bowl. Pour syrup over top. Let stand 15 mins before serving.
