Citrus Souffles With White Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp butter
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated
    1 None lime, peel finely grated
    2 tbsp flour
    1 cup milk, warmed
    2 None eggs, separated
    2 None egg whites
    1 tbsp orange juice
    None None Powdered sugar, for dusting
    None None FOR THE WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    4 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
    1/2 None lemon, peel finely grated
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease four 3/4-cup souffle dishes.
    Stir butter, granulated sugar and peels in a medium saucepan on medium heat until butter is melted. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 min. Remove from heat.
    Whisk in hot milk. Return to heat. Cook, stirring, for 4-5 mins, or until mixture boils and thickens. Beat in yolks and orange juice. Set aside to cool slightly.
    Beat egg whites in a clean bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Fold lightly into mixture in saucepan. Spoon evenly into prepared dishes.
    Bake for 15-20 mins, until puffed and golden.
    Meanwhile, for the white chocolate sauce, heat cream in a small saucepan on high heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and lemon peel, stirring, until melted.
    Dust souffles with powdered sugar. Serve with white chocolate sauce, for drizzling.
