Cold Seafood Platter With Herbed Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp prepared horseradish
    1/2 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    1/2 bunch fresh basil, leaves torn
    3/4 cup Greek yogurt
    13 oz cooked crayfish tails, deveined
    4 1/2 lb cooked whole large prawns, shell on, deveined
    10.5 oz smoked salmon
    None None lemon wedges, for serving
Preparation
    To make the herbed yogurt, puree prepared horseradish, herbs and 2 tbsp yogurt until smooth. Add remaining yogurt, season then transfer to serving bowl.
    Arrange crayfish, prawns and salmon on a large platter. Serve with lemon wedges and herbed yogurt.
